Funky Ligatures
A hot topic here in the art department: when ligatures are appropriate. Natalie says, "I hate them, let me explain, they are important to typography, however, not when used unnessisarily, i.e. for decoration. They make me nuts!" On the otherhand, Kate disagrees. What is a vampire’s favorite holiday? Fangs-giving. But our‘s is Halloween of course. And since this is an "underground" blog, only the coolest of people will be getting details on the COFFIN BREAK HALLOWEEN PARTY. Obviously, you are cool, so here’s the dirt. Food sign up is in the art department, Halloween-themed fare is always appreciated; such as “Mummy’s Fingers Breadsticks” or “Blood Orange Salad” or "Funeral Potatoes" (HA! get it!) and if you can’t think of a name for your dish, I’m sure Nat can help you out. Costumes are optional, and the punch may or may not be spiked.

Here’s some for the road: What did the two vampires order at the bar? Two bloods and a blood light. Or what do skeletons say before eating? Bone-Appetit’. Or what’s a vampire’s favorite fast food? Someone with very high blood pressure. Ha! I crack myself up...these things just come to me, I can’t help it.
